Things were said and
alleged within that tribunal that were insulting, incorrect and libelous, you
would have had to have been there to believe that an LEA would stoop so low.
We had always assumed that the child was the central issue and that we were
there to discuss facts relevant to the child, we now know that nothing could
be further from the truth, and there are now ongoing legal implications for
the LEA due to their comments and actions within the tribunal. The case was adjourned until December. There is so much more we
would like to report here but for legal reasons we cannot do so, but will do
once reporting restrictions have been lifted. Throughout all of this
the child has received no education whatsoever, apparently does not fit the
criteria. The child continues to regress both academically and emotionally
and has also now been placed on anti depressants as there have been further
episodes of self harm and suicide threats. Bedwetting and aggressive behavior
have now reappeared and the child is totally isolated from society. Should the parent loose
the case at tribunal she will be taking it back to the high court. There is also a solicitor ready to begin an
action for negligence, maladministration, and breach of a child's human
rights, whatever the result of the case. Now you have read a very
